EVP/Vice President of Construction Administration

Mr. Hanuszek, Executive Vice President and Vice President of Construction Administration oversees the administrative activities of LKB’s operating departments as Executive Vice President. He has 48 years of experience on municipal and industrial construction projects involving building construction, highways, bridges, street improvements, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, solid waste disposal, site development, airports, parks and marinas. Mr. Hanuszek has been with LKB for over 38 years.

As Principal-In-Charge of the Construction Administration Department, Mr. Hanuszek is responsible for quality control and technical direction of field inspectors and resident engineers. These services include Phase I and Phase II investigations, as well as facility condition evaluations. He has managed LKB’s resident inspection forces on hundreds of millions of dollars of construction projects located throughout the tristate area and has been responsible for coordinating the efforts of LKB’s Resident Inspection teams on as many as 15 construction projects at any given time. Additionally, he is experienced in managing projects with multiple prime contractors pursuant to Wicks Law criteria.
