The heat was on at this year’s Marcum Workplace Challenge!
It was a special year for LKB… for the first time ever, LKB was recognized at the awards tent, not once, but twice. Congratulations to Debbie Tassone, as her t-shirt design was the winner and the official 2019 Marcum Workplace Challenge design, and to Steve Fuhrman for designing the LKB company shirt and for being awarded the Most Colorful Shirt of the event. The congratulations continues to Ryan Gioe for placing among the top 10 in the race!
More than 200 companies participated and 12,000 Long Islanders competed in the 3.5 mile run/walk at Jones Beach. Long Island’s largest office picnic not only brings companies together, but contributes to four local charities: LI Cares-The Harry Chapin Food Bank, The Children’s Medical Fund of NY, the Long Island Children’s Museum and the Nassau County SPCA. LKB is proud to be a part of this event for the third year in a row!
