Region 10 Construction Term Agreement

This assignment with the NYSDOT provided project supervision and inspection on multiple construction contracts. The projects included bridge reconstruction, highway paving, construction of the LIE Welcome Center, emergency response, drainage installation, sanitary sewer and pump station, landscaping, safety signing and highway appurtenances. There were twenty nine projects assigned with a construction cost exceeding one hundred million dollars. In addition to providing qualified personnel of varying skill levels, LKB was responsible for coordinating personnel assignments with NYSDOT and two subconsultants. Personnel were moved between tasks on multiple projects as needs were anticipated. This required constant monitoring of project progress and personnel training.
