About this Project
This automotive service station was converted into a 32-station dialysis facility, complete with a water treatment room with reverse osmosis and de-ionized water production equipment. LKB was responsible for the design for new water service, stand pipe, HVAC, plumbing, water filtration equipment design and electric systems including nurse call systems.
Additional work performed by LKB included extensive site redevelopment, emergency generator and sprinkler systems.
